1. General

LeadBound (“the Company”, “we”) respects the privacy of users of the website the-leadbound.com (“the Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, stored, processed and shared, in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, and the regulations made under it.

Using the Site and its services constitutes your agreement to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit information through it.

2. Data controller & contact

3. Information we collect

We collect two main types of information:

  • Information you provide – when you complete a form on the Site (a call request or guide download): full name, email address, phone number, company name and company website.
  • Information collected automatically – technical and usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referral source and usage patterns, via analytics tools and cookies (see section 8).

4. Purposes of use

We use the information for the following purposes:

  • Contacting you and responding to your requests and inquiries;
  • Providing the Company’s services, managing the engagement and offering relevant services;
  • Operating, improving and personalizing the Site and user experience;
  • Sending marketing communications and content, subject to your consent and your right to opt out at any time (see section 9);
  • Complying with legal and regulatory requirements and protecting our legal rights.

5. Provision of information & consent

You are under no legal obligation to provide information, and any information is provided voluntarily and with your consent. However, without certain details we may be unable to provide the requested service or response.

Ticking the consent box in the form constitutes informed consent to the collection, storage and processing of the information as set out in this policy. You may exercise your statutory rights at any time (see section 12).

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers that process information on our and your behalf, subject to confidentiality and security obligations, including:

  • n8n – automation and processing of form submissions;
  • Notion – storage and management of inquiry details (CRM);
  • Vercel – site hosting and infrastructure;
  • Google Analytics – traffic and usage analysis;
  • Microsoft Clarity – user-experience analytics (anonymized recordings and heatmaps);
  • Enable – accessibility component.

7. Transfer of information outside Israel

Some of our service providers (e.g. Notion, Vercel, Google and Microsoft) store or process information on servers outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union. By using the Site and providing information, you consent to your information being transferred and processed outside Israel, subject to reasonable safeguards.

8. Cookies & tracking technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for proper operation, preference storage, usage analysis and service improvement. Some cookies are essential to the Site’s function; others are used for measurement and marketing.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may impair some Site functionality.

9. Direct marketing & opt-out

Where you have agreed, we may send you marketing communications by email or other channels. Every message will include an unsubscribe option, and you may request removal from the mailing list at any time by emailing ben@the-leadbound.com.

10. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee absolute protection and will not be liable for unauthorized access that occurs despite reasonable security measures.

11. Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. At the end of that period the information will be deleted or de-identified, subject to applicable law.

12. Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (including Amendment 13), you have the following rights:

  • Right of access – to receive information held about you in the database;
  • Right to correction or deletion – to request correction of inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information, or its deletion;
  • Right to opt out of direct marketing;
  • Right to withdraw your consent at any time.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page and take effect upon publication. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
